Case Study: Expanding Popular Brand Internationally

Our challenge was to assist with this expansion strategy by providing the customer with some realistic and achievable solutions, solutions that they could believe in and easily understand and maintain moving forwards.
Having gained popularity amongst some well known celebrities, the customers brand began to spread through the mainstream consumer, however, with this growth came the unexpected challenge of logistics and in particular how to gain speed to market at a cost effective price in particular within the B2C sphere as the customer was intentionally not an established retailer within the USA nor did it supply other USA based retailers as it wanted to maintain its exclusivity.
We were able to set and achieve, both our goals and that of the client by building a very simple but smart supply chain model that was not overly complex but very very effective in its execution and more importantly it delivered the desired result for the customer.
