IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS

Our priority is the health and well-being of our team members, their families, and all of our customers, vendors and partners. We are vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock and following the guidance from federal, state and local authorities to help us navigate this as a team.

We wanted to advise all of you, our customers, what ADM Global has implemented to this point and what we will continue to do moving forward.

What’s happening with our teams? As of March 17, 2020 all ADM Global offices are open and will continue to be unless local authorities deem operations as a risk to public safety. All of our systems and processes are designed to work from remote access and all communication with customers, partners, and vendors will continue unchanged, whether our team member is working from home or the office. Our customers are a priority and will still be able to transact with ADM Global normally and reach their trusted customer service team member and get the same level of support you have always received from the ADM team. ADM is committed to making sure your freight continues to move as before and the disruption to your supply chain is minimal.

Visitor restrictions: In order to protect the safety and well-being of all our team members, we are limiting visitors to our offices to those that are absolutely necessary and or by appointment only.

Travel restrictions: We had already put in place travel restrictions on our team members and will continue to follow all guidelines, as it relates to both domestic and international travel limitations. We are encouraging our sales and support personnel to replace in-person visits with video conferencing
via Skype or similar and have found this has worked well so far.

Social distancing and the office: We expect that some of our team members will be working from home until conditions change. However, that arrangement may not always be possible. Therefore we are looking at all alternatives that keep our team safe in the office and continues to provide an incredible customer experience for our customers.

What’s next? We will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments along the way if and when necessary.

Disruption in freight? Given we are within a force majeure event, we must expect some impact as the situation evolves and will continue to keep all of our customers informed of what we are seeing and experiencing across the logistics landscape, including ports, carriers, truckers, Border Force and other stakeholders in the supply chain.

We truly appreciate all your support and understanding as we navigate through this event together.
Should you need any additional information or guidance, please feel free to contact your ADM Global Sales or Customer Service team member.

Yours faithfully,
ADM Global Pty Ltd
