Container Parks – Empty Container De-Hires
A message from our provider surrounding the current situation with empty container de-hire.
“Please be advised the Transport Industry is experiencing our biggest challenge yet in trying to manage the normal process of de-hiring containers. Over the last quarter these issues have become more serious, impeding on our ability to de-hire/on hire your containers within the shipping line allowed time. The industry in the last week have been notified from numerous container parks in Melbourne/Sydney that they are either at capacity or close to capacity Re-directing empty units to secondary holding locations.”
As your provider, we will work with shipping lines to mitigate cost and financial impact to your business. ADM Global will continue to monitor these impacts and provide progressive updates following this situation.
