Through a strategic alliance with our financial institution, we were introduced to one of the banks existing customers, an Australian manufacturer of branded garments with a small retail presence locally, looking at expanding their increasingly popular brand internationally (USA).
Long standing retailer with multiple distribution centres is looking at moving from a very antiquated supply chain to a lead logistics model and whilst ADM Global initially sought to gain their international Freight and local customs clearance /delivery only, we were quick to realize that this retailer required a total re-engineering of their supply chain/supply chain model.
